Whoa! My eyeballs are in serious threat of popping out of my eye sockets. Okay, I have been miserable for the past 10 hours of my life but when I went back from school an turned my computer on, the first thing that popped out on my computer screen were these photos. My jaw dropped to the floor! And in a split second, I was on high. The colour palettes were superblindinglyvibrant ,the silhouettes were extravagant as always, the meticulous details (of course! it's haute couture, right?) AND the ballgownssss, they made me drool over them for hours now. The headresses on the models looked like a florist's plastic wrap and gave the illusion of the models as the stems of some beautifully arranged bouquet of flowers. Though these may not like they're a Fall/Winter collection, the fabrics do, like the angora cardigans in jade and white. I really like the white jacket with the lavender ruffle skirt outfit and the canary jacket with lace details. The black satin dress with the petal-like organza train is classic Dior. I also happen to like the black organza cocktail dress with a tease of ocean blue on the hemline, the ballgown with the floral bodice and turquoise organza skirt AND also my ultimate favourite, the blue ballgown with the dusty pink/ ivory detailing on the side. And the last look was like "BANG! Beat this!!" The shoes were pretty too. BUT, there's a question that had been going around inside my head: DEAR MR. GALLIANO, WHY THE HECK DIDN'T YOU THINK OF DOING THIS LAST COUTURE SEASON? Okay that's it for now, I've been writing this post for almost an hour now and it's pretty late and I have to go to school tomorrow. Vous voyez plus tard, fashionistas! Looking forward to see Chanel.
xoxo,
iKaa
